I Understand What You Are Going Through
I've been there before. When I was going through my hormone imbalances, it felt like I was living in a stranger's body. I kept hearing, "It's not your hormones, eat less and move more." I knew that wasn't all there was to it and I refused to give up on myself. That's when I became an Integrative Health Practitioner, balanced my hormones, and got my confidence back!
Now I teach the same process to women, using my Better Balance Method. This seven-step process looks for the root cause of your hormone imbalances, helps you balance the areas in need, and gives you the tools you need to move forward with balanced hormones.

A Few Things About Me
Traveling is one of the greatest joys of my life. There is nothing more exciting for me than visiting a new city. I love meeting the local people, eating the local foods, learning about the culture of the area and just soaking in a new experience. Fun fact, I have traveled to over a dozen countries alone. Though I don't travel alone much these days, I have always loved solo travel!
Hiking will forever be my favorite stress reducer. There is something about being outside surrounded by beautiful scenery that is soothing to me. Taking a nice long hike, especially by the water, restores me.
I'm a proud wife and stepmother. My husband and two stepchildren are the best part of me. They are the reason I do everything I do, and the reason I am committed to always striving to be the healthiest version of myself.
I have two cats that I love to spoil. Zeus and Athena are a source of constant entertainment to me. They love to play and can keep me entertained for hours.
I grew up in the state of Alabama and am a huge college football fan. If you know anything about the state, then you know college football is a huge part of the culture. I grew up as an Alabama football fan and to this day, on any given Saturday in the fall, you can find me soaking up one college game after another all day long.
